Join the Pūnana Leo o Kawaiahaʻo on March 17th for its annual E Mālama I Ke Kai Ocean Awareness Festival. This yearʻs event will feature a canoe race from Maunalua Bay to the shores of Kaimana Beach in Waikīkī. Teams can get more information and register online and at www.emikk.org/heihei-waa.

Starting at 9am, families and children are also invited to the ocean clinic at Queenʻs Beach for fun activities such as making bamboo fishing poles, fish hooks, kites, and surfing with Nā Kama Kai.
