Aloha! For now the crew is on schedule to be back in Hawaiʻi in June 2017, perhaps you can join us there? Thank you for the well wishes and hope you’ve been inspired to do more to Mālama Honua (care for Island Earth). Mahalo!

My family and I watched for Hokule’a to pass by our hometown of Sandwich, MA at the bayside of the Cape Cod Canal, as Hokule’a and her crew left Massachusetts Maritime Academy and headed for Boston. My heart lept as Hokule’a rounded the bend and approached…she is beautiful! We held our “Aloha” sign high and I did my best to convey a wish for a “Safe Voyage” in sketchy internet Hawaiian. The friendly crew smiled and waved to us as they passed. May Hokule’a and all hands that tend her continue a much blessed journey of ambassadorship and may the gods smile upon
you all….Aloha!-
Thank you very much for coming out to greet the crew, it is appreciated and hope the voyage has inspired you to Mālama Honua. Aloha!
