The Office of Hawaiian Affairs will be funding and facilitating the process to build a Hawaiian nation, including electing delegates, convening delegates to develop a a governing document, and holding a referendum to approve proposed document. They also announced the intent to reopen the Kanaʻiolowalu to allow those who have not signed up yet one more opportunity to enroll and participate in building the nation.
