Each year, thousands of hula fans are drawn to Hilo for the annual Merrie Monarch Festival. But the craft fairs also draw a crowd of their own as people line up to purchase the latest must-have items. We were there for the opening of the Merrie Monarch Craft Fair on Wednesday and brought back this story on the people, vendors, and must have items.
