2018 marks the 40th year anniversary of the Hawaiian language as an official state language of Hawaiʻi. Within these part decades, there has been a growth of individuals using Hawaiian as their language of choice in daily life. In this episode, we will talk about the Hawaiian language revitalization movement, and some of the challenges that come with its growth.
